WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
By default, we provide 3 months warranty for the products. The warranty time start when you get the product. During this period, we will send you new item or replacement for you with charging you any fee. If you want longer warranty time, e.g. 12 months warranty, we need to add 5% to 10% price to the product for the extended service. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or your money will be refunded in protection period. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost back to the buyer. It takes about 3 business days to process your return after the product has been received. Although, we pack the item very carefully with the high quality packing materials, there might be unforeseeable damage due to delivery from the carrier. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE for delivery damage on the ITEM ITSELF, therefore we offer an exchange for damaged items due to delivery damage.
